Ash began her career as a diesel mechanic, learning early that leadership shows up in everyday actions, not job titles. Her experience on the tools, mentoring apprentices, and working across different crews shaped her belief that every tradie has the potential to lead in their own way.
As the host of Tradies Who Lead, Ash brings grounded, relatable conversations to every episode. She speaks the language of the trades and is passionate about sharing stories that help tradies build confidence and strengthen how they practice leadership onsite and beyond.
