After years of seeing capable tradies struggle not with the work but with the people side of it, Blue Leader was built to change that. Not just for teams. For every blue-collar worker who wants to lead better, regardless of their title or experience.
Meet Our Founder
Blue Leader was founded by Ashley Belteky, a qualified diesel mechanic who learned early in her career that the most challenging part of the job wasn't fixing machines. It was managing people. Her years on the tools, mentoring apprentices, and leading across different teams shaped her belief that leadership isn't something reserved for people with the right title. It shows up in daily actions, in how people treat each other, and in the culture that forms around them.
Ashley brings a grounded, direct approach to leadership development. She speaks the language of the trades, understands the pressures blue-collar workers face at every level, and is driven by a genuine belief that a stronger industry starts with stronger people.
