Meet Our Founder
Blue Leader was founded by Ashley Belteky, a qualified diesel mechanic who learned early in her career that the most challenging part of the job wasn’t fixing machines — it was managing team dynamics. Her years on the tools, mentoring apprentices, and navigating different crews shaped her belief that every tradie can lead through their daily actions, regardless of their title or experience.
Ashley brings a grounded, relatable approach to people development. She speaks the language of the trades, understands the pressures and realities teams face, and is driven by a genuine commitment to help crews work better together and build a culture they’re proud of.
